Returns Policy and Procedure

Please note: Jeans purchased online must be returned through the online channel using the PO Box number. Jeans purchased online cannot be returned to any of the Pop Up Shops. 


We expect that your jeans will be delivered within 3 working days, however they make take up to 5 working days. 

Due to unprecedented demand, delivery of The Leather Look range will take between 7 - 10 working days. 


Returns Policy

If you want to return the items you must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days ago can not be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labeling.

Please use regular post to return your item

  • Please pack up your jeans, complete with all the tags.

  • Please include the returns form in the box. Failure to do so will mean we will be unable to refund you for your return.

  • Please use regular post a and send them to POCO By Pippa, PO Box 12801, Dublin 24



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If you want to exchange your product for a different size please follow the standard returns policy outlined above. We will process a refund to your card on receipt of the jeans. You are free to order another pair of jeans in your preferred size

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
