Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.
All items must be unused, with all labelling attached and in resale condition to qualify for a refund via original method of payment, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we have made a packing error or sent you the wrong items please email hi@pocobypippa.com and we will be in touch.
Returns can be made using the DPD returns portal, or by tracked post. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For returns from the United Kingdom, please follow the steps outlined above in our returns policy, ensuring that you mark the items as a return of goods. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or POCO By Pippa being unable to process your refund. POCO By Pippa is not liable for additional fees on returns.
DPD
- Please pack up your item, complete with all the tags and completed return form as failure to do so may mean we will be unable to process your return.
- Log onto www.dpd.ie/returns, select CONTINUE AS A GUEST and complete the return and payment section in order to download your returns label. Please use your order number as the reference number.
- Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package. Please take note of your DPD tracking/consignment number on your label as you can use this to check for delivery confirmation.
- Drop off at DPD pickup point which can be found on their website at www.dpd.ie/pickup
- Ensure to obtain a receipt when dropping off package and keep this safe until your return has been processed.
- Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt.
- Returns can be made by tracked post to: POCO, PO Box 12801, Dublin 24
- Please retain your tracking number and receipt and keep them safe until your return has been processed. The tracking number can be used to check for delivery confirmation. Please note if you choose to return without tracking we can not assist if your package is lost.
- Please allow 10 days for your refund to be processed after receipt.
Refunds
Once your return is processed you will be notified by email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be approved and processed once received.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take a certain number of days to appear back in your account, this is dependent on your bank.
Shoes
We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged show box as this is considered part of the product.
International Returns
For International Returns, please return the item with tags still on in an unworn condition via registered post to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Popup Returns
Returns can be made in-store once the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the pop-up location has closed within this 30 day period, returns must be made via post using the DPD returns portal, or by tracked post.
